Parentandtot (parentandtot.com) is a content site. We do not require accounts to read guides.

What we may collect

Our host (Netlify) may log standard server data when you visit pages, such as the URL requested, approximate location, browser type, and referrer. We use this to operate the site and understand which guides are useful.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies on parentandtot.com. They are not used for advertising or to track you across other websites.

• aa_sid — a session identifier set when you use our Amazon link hop (/go). It helps us group clicks from the same browser for internal analytics. HttpOnly, up to 1 year.
• aa_ft — first-touch attribution (landing page, referrer, and UTM parameters if present). Set once per browser, up to 90 days, so we can see how readers first found the site.

When you click an Amazon affiliate link, you leave our site. Amazon may set its own cookies or similar technologies on amazon.com to operate shopping and the Associates program. We do not control those. See the Amazon.com Privacy Notice.

Newsletter email

If you sign up for our email newsletter, we store the email address you provide together with the page you signed up from and standard request data (browser and device details, approximate location, and referral source). We use it to send the guides and picks we think you will want, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell your address.

How we use information

To operate and improve the site, send our newsletter to people who ask for it, measure which content drives affiliate clicks, and attribute referrals under the Amazon Associates program. We do not sell personal information.
